IRON MINDSET 100 CHALLENGE

THE CHALLENGE

Identify 8 tasks where you need to improve or want to elevate your life.

Complete 5 tasks minimum, and you win that day.

If you win >90% (90/100) of your days, you win the challenge.

100 Days!? Why So Long?!

It is intentionally designed this way in order for it to become a lifestyle. Think of it as an Ultramarathon for your brain. It is meant to truly transform you. You are creating character-building habits by approaching each day with intent and purpose.

Completing your tasks day in and day out will bring you a level of happiness you’ve never experienced before. Yes, it becomes boring. Success IS boring!

Mastering the mundane is the key to conquering your negative thinking and achieving

an Iron Mindset.

Why Do It?

This challenge keeps you accountable to the promises you make to yourself. And in stacking these small promises on top of each other, you are proving to yourself that you follow through on what you say, resulting in a massive boost in confidence. It is how you win your day and create the confidence that no matter what you set your sights on, you will accomplish.

When you become intentional about seeking discomfort, you begin the process of cultivating mental toughness. And in this process, you develop skills such as confidence, perseverance, time management, grit, self-esteem, and discipline.

This challenge will bring you Joy.

You have to earn your happiness.

We feel our best right after we complete something hard. Your focus, commitment, and dedication to completing this challenge is what will unlock your new, advanced level of thinking (your Iron Mindset), and ultimately bring you success.

Where do I begin?

  1. Vision - Get crystal clear on what you need to do.

“If you aim at nothing, you’ll hit it every time.”

Why is it that you’re doing this? Who is it that you want to become? What brings you joy? Where do you see yourself in 10 years? What does your best self look like?

Now, work back from there and identify the daily action items that are going to move you closer to that goal, in each specific area (health, family, business, spiritually, etc)

2. Purpose - Identify the tasks you need to focus on.

Without clear direction and focus we get stressed because we over analyze all the things we could do, versus taking action on what we know to do. The disorder of the tasks is what gives us anxiety. When you don’t know the solution, you get overwhelmed. By identifying our tasks, we have now created a Roadmap for our success. Waking up with intent and purpose each day establishes order and provides control, ultimately resulting in you winning.

3. DO THE WORK - Anxiety is cured by ACTION.

The way you execute the feeling of being overwhelmed is with overwhelming Execution.

When you know you’ve done the stuff you needed to do that day, your stress becomes manageable.  You silence all of the “what-ifs” when you start putting in the work. If you want to feel better on the inside, then you must do better on the outside. Positive action can change every negative situation. For every problem and question you have, action is the answer. Action is always the remedy. Consistent, everyday execution is the key.

Focus on the desired outcome.

Where your attention goes, your energy flows. So be sure to conquer your thoughts and focus them on what you want. Not what you are giving up, but what you are gaining instead.

  • Vision identifies purpose.
  • Purpose drives discipline.
  • Discipline cultivates an Iron Mindset.
  • Iron Mindset = Winning.

Picture this:

What would your life look like if you won the next 3 months?

Ask yourself, are you truly happy with where you are in life? Most likely there is A LOT of untapped potential there.

Wherever you are or aren’t right now is a complete result of YOU and the choices you have made. No one else.

This is achieved through challenging yourself and embracing discomfort, every single day.
